The lower sugar profile fits our taste better, and is more likely to play nicely with wine. You’ll occasionally find some white chocolate in our filled chocolates, but even those will be in a dark chocolate shell. Generally, we use chocolate that is 65-70% cocoa solids, fair trade and ethically produced, and straight up delicious. We always strive for creamy, smooth, and well balanced. Flight chocolates are always gluten and nut free! Handmade in-house, with the utmost care for every ingredient, our dark chocolate will transport you to your happy place. No boarding pass required.
