Lavender

70% dark chocolate surrounds a ganache made with French lavender flowers and Madagascan vanilla bean steeped in coconut cream. A touch of Irish butter adds flavor and texture.

 

Bubbles

Sparkling wine reduction, coconut cream, caramelized milk chocolate, fresh vanilla bean, lemon zest, a pinch of white truffle powder, and a touch of Irish butter get this party started. The celebratory ganache is surrounded by Flight’s 70% dark chocolate shell. Bubbles bonbon is crafted to pair beautifully with sparkling wine, blurring the lines between sweet and savory.

 

Neapolitan

This Flight original has three layers of flavor; a bottom layer of dark chocolate ganache, a middle layer of strawberry pǎte de fruit (fruit paste), and a top layer of vanilla white chocolate ganache, Each piece is hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate and hand painted with cocoa butter.

 

Vanilla Cream

Just for Pride month, this chocolate is all about letting the vanilla flavor shine. Inside the dark chocolate shell is a ganache made with white chocolate, coconut cream, Madagascan vanilla beans, Kiawe honey from Maui, and Irish butter.

Chocolate Cream

70% Dark chocolate shell with a rich, creamy, 65% dark chocolate ganache center. For the chocolate purists! The colors may vary on the top, but the flavor will always be pure and simple.

 

Hibiscus Pink Peppercorn

The chocolate ganache center of this beautiful creation is made with Hibiscus leaves and pink peppercorns steeped in coconut cream, creating subtle overtones of citrus and ground pepper. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

 

Sun + Spice

NEW! Flight’s 70% dark chocolate shell surrounds the beautiful flavors of bright orange and toasted fennel. The middle layer of blood orange pâte de fruit is sandwiched between a bottom layer of gluten free chocolate shortbread and a top layer of milk chocolate ganache, blended with Solgud orange liqueur from Wildwood Spirits Co and toasted fennel. The top is decorated with orange and fennel powder.

 

Garden Mint

Fresh spearmint leaves are steeped in coconut cream to create a natural mint background to the silky ganache, made with caramelized milk chocolate from Ecuador. The beautiful shell of this bonbon is Flight’s signature 70% dark chocolate.

We take crispy rice cereal, toss it with olive oil, salt, and pepper, toast it to a golden brown. then blend it with toasted pumpkin seeds in our Flight 70% dark chocolate. Think delicious chocolate bar cut into strips for easy snacking.
