Chocolate Cream
70% Dark chocolate shell with a rich, creamy, 65% dark chocolate ganache center. For the chocolate purists! The colors may vary on the top, but the flavor will always be pure and simple.
Bubbles
It’s time to celebrate! We combine sparkling wine reduction, coconut cream, caramelized milk chocolate, fresh vanilla bean, lemon zest, a pinch of white truffle powder, and a touch of Irish butter to get this party started. The celebratory ganache is surrounded by Flight’s 70% dark chocolate shell. Bubbles bonbon is crafted to pair beautifully with sparkling wine, blurring the lines between sweet and savory.
Gingerbread
This two layer hand dipped chocolate brings back memories of the holiday classic. A bottom layer of homemade, gluten free gingerbread is topped with a ginger infused caramel that has been blended with dark chocolate. Each piece is dipped in Flight’s 70% dark chocolate and hand decorated with white chocolate.
Peppermint Mocha
This beautiful seasonal bonbon has two layers of cheer. A white chocolate ganache, with coconut cream, peppermint, and a touch of Irish butter, sits on top of a dark chocolate, coconut cream based mocha ganache, featuring espresso beans from a local roastery.

Dry Apple Cider
The beautiful 70% shell is filled with a blend of dark and white chocolates, vanilla coconut cream, dry apple cider reduction, pommeau (an apple aperitif made with apple cider and Calvados), crispy baked apple chips, Kiawe honey, and a touch of Irish butter.
Nonna
Caramelized milk chocolate from Ecuador and Barolo Chinato, a digestive from the Piedmont region of Italy, take center stage in this beautiful and unique hand dipped chocolate. A bottom layer of handmade gluten and nut free shortbread crust is topped with a creamy and rich milk chocolate ganache featuring Barolo Chinato, coconut cream, Kiawe honey, and Irish butter. Each piece is hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate and hand painted with colored cocoa butter.
Pumpkin Cream
Our signature 70% dark chocolate shell is filled with a ganache that features vanilla coconut cream, pumpkin puree, baking spices, and white chocolate from Ecuador. It’s like chocolate dipped pumpkin pie. A holiday favorite!

The filled and hand dipped chocolates are best consumed within 30 days.
The bars and bark are good for at least one year.
The “Best By” date is on the back of the packaging.
