Beegan
Chocolate Cream’s dairy free little sibling! This dark chocolate bonbon is made with coconut cream, fresh Madagascan vanilla, Kiawe honey from Maui, and coconut oil. Dairy free never tasted so good!
Butter + Bramble
Inside the Flight signature 70% shell is a blend of sunflower seed butter and pine nut brittle sitting on top of blackberry pâte de fruit. The flavor of this unique bonbon is nutty, salty, sweet, and tart, with a texture that is crunchy and smooth at the same time.

Vegan Crème de Cassis
Flight’s first fully vegan hand dipped chocolate! The creamy ganache is made with coconut cream, Creme de Cassis (black currant liqueur), raw Kiawe honey from Maui, and coconut oil. Each piece is hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate and finished with turbinado sugar infused with Creme de Cassis. Rich, creamy, and so-good-you’d-swear-it-wasn’t-vegan.
Soft Salted Caramel
The 70% chocolate exterior keeps the creamy, buttery, and salty caramel center where it belongs. Alder wood smoked sea salt adds an unexpected dimension to the usual caramel goodness. If caramel is your jam, be prepared to fall in love with this little gem!

Chocolate Cream
70% Dark chocolate shell with a rich, creamy, 65% dark chocolate ganache center. For the chocolate purists! The colors may vary on the top, but the flavor will always be pure and simple.
Drunken Cherry
This special heart is filled with a dark cherry ganache. We capture the cherry flavor in the 65% dark chocolate ganache from delicious bourbon cocktail cherries steeped in coconut cream and sweet/tart cherry liqueur. This is a truly magnificent bonbon!
Triple Threat
Bottom layer: Dark chocolate ganache, made coconut cream, honey, and a touch of butter. Middle layer: Creamy sunflower seed butter and homemade pine nut brittle provide a nutty flavor without any nuts. Top layer: Vanilla white chocolate ganache, made with fresh vanilla beans, coconut cream, and smooth white chocolate. The three layers of deliciousness are hand dipped in 70% dark chocolate.

NEW! Inspired by the cocktail of the same name, this bonbon features gin spiked orange marmalade sitting on top of a caramelized milk chocolate ganache with gin, vermouth, vanilla coconut cream, Kiawe honey from Maui, and Irish butter. Creamy, rich, a bit boozy, with a bright, zesty hit of orange.

The bars and bark are good for at least one year.
