Extra Dark

This gorgeous bonbon features our 70% dark chocolate shell, surrounding the smooth and rich Extra Dark ganache (about 80% cacao).

 

Fig + Wine

The deep flavors of fig and red wine take center stage in this delicious bonbon. The dark chocolate ganache inside the 70% shell is made with vanilla coconut cream, fig jam, a red wine reduction, Kiawe honey from Maui, fresh Madagascan vanilla, and a little Irish butter.

 

Blueberry Cheesecake

New! This summer blockbuster highlights the sweet/tart flavor of blueberries. The bottom layer of the bonbon is a blueberry pâte de fruit with a perfectly balanced sweetness. The top  layer is a cheesecake ganache made with whole vanilla beans, coconut cream, Kiawe honey from Maui, fresh lemon zest, and creamy white chocolate. Each piece is hand dipped in Flight’s signature 70% dark chocolate and painted with colored cocoa butter.

 

Milk Tea

Spiced black tea and caramelized milk chocolate from Ecuador are seamlessly integrated in this creamy bonbon. Notes of fresh vanilla, chai spices and caramel are front and center. The shell is Flight’s signature 70% dark chocolate.

Chocolate Cream

70% Dark chocolate shell with a rich, creamy, 65% dark chocolate ganache center. For the chocolate purists! The colors may vary on the top, but the flavor will always be pure and simple.

 

Hibiscus Pink Peppercorn

The chocolate ganache center of this beautiful creation is made with Hibiscus leaves and pink peppercorns steeped in coconut cream, creating subtle overtones of citrus and ground pepper. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced.

 

S’Mores

This three layer hand dipped chocolate is inspired by summer camp fires and childhood memories. The top layer is a smoked milk chocolate ganache, with vanilla marshmallow in the middle, and a base layer of gluten free graham cracker.

 

Lemon Basil

We make our own lemon curd to bring bright, intense lemon flavor to the bonbon. The lemon curd sits on top of a white chocolate ganache that has been kissed with the subtle flavor of fresh basil. The 70% dark chocolate shell plays brilliantly against the bright flavors inside. The combination of flavors creates a truly unique chocolate experience you won't find anywhere else!

We take crispy rice cereal, toss it with olive oil, salt, and pepper, toast it to a golden brown. then blend it with toasted pumpkin seeds in our Flight 70% dark chocolate. Think delicious chocolate bar cut into strips for easy snacking.
